We provide a unique service that to organize, manage and track your dairy key performance information so you can make appropriate business decisions.

We get information from different sources. Paper forms, existing herd / feed tracking software or from the web.  All of this information is summarized and organized for you.

•  Every week you get a single page report with the last 7 days as well as weekly averages for important economic drivers.

• At the end of the month we produce a monthly report that includes fresh cow performance, culling analysis and economic indicators .

•  As the year goes by we also summarize information in a monthly basis so you can use it for future expansions, planning or financial decisions. We use this report in our management meetings as well.

•  All of this information is available electronically with the farm reader and you can update new information in a weekly basis from the web.

We go over these records with the producer and / or the people involved in this area of the operation. Sometimes the general manager, herdsman, head milker, feeder, etc.

Moreover, we conduct management meetings at the operation to make sure all of the people that work with the business (employees, suppliers and consultants) are on the same page to achieve the business goals.
